All Products produced by Little Flower Company Cake Design Atelier are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions serve as the contract between the customer and Little Flower Company Cake Design Atelier. By ordering from our bakery, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept that these Conditions may be modified or amended and posted on this website from time to time.
**Prices and Policy subject to change without notice**

1. No changes to any orders without prior notice. No changes on standard cakes without 1 week notice ahead. For custom cakes minimum 1.5 week notice ahead.
2. We will keep the cake/items for you for 48 hrs only if failure to show up for selected pick up time. You may pick up on the next working business day (contact us ahead to arrange).
3. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any of the cakes that are sold. Please double check your order before placing order.
4.Cancellations can be made 1 week before pick up day. Any cancellations must be sent through EMAIL/IG DM and will result in a Store Credit ONLY.
5.Once Delivery order is placed, there will be no refund on delivery charges without 5 days notice. Please select your day of delivery carefully.
6. Little Flower Company Cake Design holds no liability or responsibility after the cake order leaves our hands after pick up or delivery. Please make sure you transport the cake safely and Cream based cakes should not be left out of fridge for more than 1 hour.
7. We are not a nut free and allergen free kitchen. Please be aware of allergies.
8. Any damages to cakes/products by delivery company will be dealt with accordingly.
