Signature Pandan Cake

A cross over of Southeast Asia + Western flavor into a cake.

Cake make-up:

All natural pandan cake chiffon, with homemade kaya filling, and a very special Pandan frosting.  Covered with toasted coconut shreds and fresh micro herbs.
